I read that the Japanese are taught to fear the big four: Earthquakes, Lightning, Fire, and Father. Imagine that...
When there's no traffic...
Apparently the Washington State Troopers will make some of their own! Well, I was driving home on I-5 and noticed a distinct lack of vehicles on the other side of the highway. Not 500 meters up the road, I saw a State Trooper's vehicle on the side of the road and a bit further down another was driving back and forth across the four lanes of traffic! It was backed up for quite a ways...
