Big Bull!
Well, I got this wild hair...actually a craving for an old haunt of mine and my family's when we were out in Japan. There was a restaurant up near the park down south from the JUSCO outside the Marine base Camp Foster. They did the meanest steaks in the Far East; I took mine with Kim-chee on top. The name of the place is the Big Bull Restaurant; ther's another one on Gate 2 Street outside Kadena Air Base.
So I throw "Big Bull" +"Okinawa" into Google and come up with a couple hits for the restaurant. Here's a good one, (it even has a map feature) unfortunately in Japanese.
I ran into this one which had a one ,kanji name and the "translate this page" link caught my eye so I selected it. Here's the original Japanese:
