The price of a miracle...
A friend sent this to me and I almost forwarded it on to some other friends of mine. This is no mean feat; I am very strict on the things I will forward on to people. I make it an absolute policy never to forward these chain letter type e-mails.
But this one made me cry and I seriolusly considered sending it on. Not often do you hear a story of such innocent generocity. But, of course, I had to check the story out first. Here's the Snopes entry. It had never occured to me the argument about where a kid would look for a miracle. They could have simply added a lot of medicine to the need for an operation to get the story in order.
I enjoyed the story, though. Not enough to cause me to go against principle in keeping the internet thast much less bogged down in chain e-mail, though.
