This song, I believe, is about a struggle with an addiction to pornography...
You would know, wouldn't you?......Uh...
It fits well with my addiction to anime in that when a character sees some character of the opposite sex in a compromising position (usually naked) they tend to get a nose bleed.
It's twisted how sadomasochistic this song is, but usually so is the struggle with any bad addiction.
